Running Saturday mornings during school terms these 30 minutes kids' krav maga classes will combine fun activities with real self defense techniques and safety strategies giving your child their best chance to grow into a strong, confident teenager.

Our kids classes follow a standard format:
We bow in and say "KI-DA" (just means "bow") to start the class
A fun cardio warmup with lots of movement followed by a quick stretch and a few power exercises
Then we run through a few techniques emphasising the fun of hitting pads and when it might be appropriate to use them
The kids are then rewarded with a game for the last few minutes usually with further opportunities to practice the techniques just learnt.
Finally we do a quick focus and breathing session and recap the lesson before bowing out with another ki-da to finish off.
